M3 Commercial Story
M3 Commercial Moving & Logistics began with a clear realization in 2018. Co-founders Josh Jurhill, Justin Hodge, and Jim Stevens saw a gap in the industry that kept coming up in real conversations with business leaders. While Josh and Justin were growing Muscular Moving Men into one of Arizona’s fastest-growing residential brands, it became obvious that commercial clients needed something very different. They needed a team built specifically for complex relocations, tight timelines, and environments where mistakes were not an option.
That moment led to the official launch of M3 on February 11, 2019, in Phoenix. Growth came fast. M3 reached $1 million in revenue within its first 11 months, doubled sales in 2020 despite the pandemic, and continued scaling with enterprise clients, national partners, and phased relocations that required deep planning and execution. By 2025, M3 crossed $10 million in revenue and earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing commercial moving companies in Arizona and beyond.
Today, M3 operates from a 40,000+ square foot headquarters and logistics warehouse in North Phoenix, supported by a dedicated commercial fleet and a national affiliate network through the Office Moving Alliance. From moving office equipment and managing swing space migrations to high security relocations and asset management, M3 is trusted by enterprise organizations, healthcare systems, universities, and government environments. Quality and Training
At M3 Commercial Moving & Logistics, quality starts with who we hire and how we train. Our crews are not general labor. They are full time Mover Athletes™ who specialize exclusively in commercial environments and are trained to perform under pressure.
Licensing and Insurance
M3 operates as a fully licensed and insured commercial moving company. We maintain active federal motor carrier authority through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and comply with all applicable commercial moving regulations for interstate and long distance commercial projects. Proof of licensing and insurance coverage is available upon request and is routinely provided for enterprise, government, and healthcare clients.
Training and Certifications
Every crew member is trained and certified under the standards of the International Office Moving Institute (IOMI®). Training includes structured in-house modules paired with IOMI certification for major commercial relocation environments such as corporate offices, healthcare facilities, labs, and data-driven workplaces. All hires complete background checks, drug screening, driver checks, and ongoing performance evaluations.
Team Structure and Quality Control
Each project is led by a certified Project Manager or Lead Mover and supported by a tightly coordinated team. Crews operate with defined roles, communication protocols, and built-in quality checks at every phase of the move. Safety and service are non-negotiable. Teams use protective gear, padded moving blankets, rigging tools, inventory scanning, and asset tracking to ensure accuracy and accountability.

M3 completes more than 1,300 commercial projects each year with a referral rate of approximately 96%. In Phoenix alone, we operate with 100 full-time crew members, 30 trucks, and over 40,000 square feet of climate-controlled warehouse space. Through our national and global network, M3 supports projects across all 52 U.S. states and internationally, with access to more than 1,000 trucks, 10,000 crew members, and over 10 million square feet of warehousing worldwide. Since 2019, we estimate that more than 150,000 employees and assets have been relocated through M3 managed projects.

Giving Back
Giving back is a core part of how M3 Commercial Moving & Logistics operates. Our team believes that improving the quality of business and life extends beyond relocations and into the communities we serve.
- St. Vincent de Paul: M3 proudly supports St. Vincent de Paul through its annual Summer Water Drive. In 2024 and 2025, M3 led the largest corporate water drive in Phoenix, donating more than 20,000 bottles of water alongside community partners.
- Homeless Engagement Lift Partnership: Through Capstone Contributes, M3 supports the annual HELP Snackz event, which provides snack bags to homeless children who may not have access to food outside of school hours. The 2024 event delivered over 40,000 snack bags to children across the Phoenix area.
- Executive Council Charities: M3 supports EC70’s Holiday Shopping Event, helping provide families in need with essential items and holiday gifts each year.
- Donate First, Trash Second initiative: Through M3 and its parent brand Muscular Moving Men & Storage, this ongoing program prioritizes donation over disposal. More than 300,000 lbs of usable furniture and equipment have been diverted from landfills and donated to organizations such as UMOM New Day Centers, Project C.U.R.E., Furnishing Dignity, and St. Vincent de Paul.
- Free moves for domestic violence survivors: Through Muscular Moving Men, M3 supports an ongoing monthly free moves program for high-risk domestic violence victims in partnership with the Glendale Police Department Special Victims Unit.
